We require a signed Project Brief before any work begins. The Project Brief specifies exact deliverables, methodology, timeline, investment, and payment schedule. The only circumstance in which an invoice will differ from the Project Brief is if you request a scope expansion in writing after work has begun. In that case, we will provide a written amendment to the Project Brief with the revised investment before proceeding.

This covers priority workflow allocation, weekend research production if required, and resource reallocation to your project. For projects requiring primary research (surveys, expert interviews), minimum timelines cannot be compressed below certain thresholds regardless of fee; primary research has human and logistical constraints that AI cannot eliminate.

Every SAI GENiUS engagement includes one full revision round at no additional cost.
