These are not aspirational value statements. They are operational commitments specific enough to be measured against the SAI GENiUS makes to every client on every engagement.
Research Design Transparency: Before your project begins, you receive a detailed Project Brief documenting the research question, methodology, data sources, analytical frameworks, quality standards, deliverable format, timeline, and investment. You never begin an SAI GENiUS engagement without complete clarity on exactly what you are getting and how we will produce it.
Data Transparency: Every significant data point in your deliverable is source-cited. You always know where the data came from. You can verify it yourself. We never present research findings whose sources we are unwilling to disclose.
Intellectual Honesty: If the research findings contradict your business hypothesis, if the market is smaller than expected, if a competitor is stronger than assumed, if your proposed pricing is above the sustainable range for the target segment, we will tell you directly, clearly, and respectfully. We do not dress up uncomfortable findings in diplomatic language that dilutes the message.
One Free Revision: If your final deliverable does not fully address the scope defined in your signed Project Brief, we will revise it until it does at no additional cost.
Delivery Walkthrough: Every deliverable is delivered with a structured 60–90 minute walkthrough session. You never receive a file and a “let us know if you have questions” email. We walk through the findings with you, discuss the implications, and help you decide what to do with the intelligence you now have.
Timeline Commitment: The delivery date in your project proposal is a commitment, not an estimate. If circumstances beyond our control create a timeline risk, we notify you at least 48 hours before the original deadline, never at the original deadline.
One Free Market Insight on Every Discovery Call: The first conversation with SAI GENiUS is free. It is 30 minutes. And you will leave it with at least one actionable market insight, a specific data point, competitive observation, or strategic framework relevant to your business, regardless of whether you proceed to a paid engagement.
